Welcome to PrepForCHSE. We are Ninja Education and Consulting Ltd ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a company registered in the United Kingdom at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU.

We operate the website www.prepforchse.com (the 'Site'), as well as any related products and services that refer or link to these Terms and Conditions (collectively, the 'Services').

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Ninja Education and Consulting Ltd. By accessing our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services.

1. OUR SERVICES

Our Services provide CHSE® exam preparation resources and study tools. The content is intended for individual use by healthcare simulation educators preparing for their certification. Our Services are designed to complement, not replace, other study materials and official examination preparation resources.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, practice questions, explanations, logos, and software, are owned by Ninja Education and Consulting Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

When using our Services, you may:

  • Access practice questions and explanations for personal study use
  • Track your progress and performance
  • Download or print materials for personal use

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Services
  • Share your account access with others
  • Use our content for commercial purposes
  • Create derivative works based on our content

3. USER ACCOUNTS

To access most features of our Services, you must register for an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

We use Paddle (paddle.com) as our payment provider and Merchant of Record. All payments are processed securely through Paddle's platform. When making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service in addition to our own.

Payment terms:

  • Access is granted for 30 days from purchase
  • Refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy (Section 13)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • You agree to provide current and accurate payment information
  • All payments are processed securely by Paddle as the Merchant of Record

5. ACCESS RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS

Your access to our Services:

  • Is valid for 30 days from purchase
  • Is for individual use only
  • Cannot be transferred to others
  • May be revoked for violation of these terms

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

  • Share access to your account
  • Copy or distribute our content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our software

  • Interfere with the proper working of our Services

7. TERMINATION

In no event shall Ninja Education and Consulting Ltd be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit or data, arising from your use of our Services.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our Services. Your continued use of our Services following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Overview

As PrepForCHSE provides digital access to educational content, traditional returns are not applicable. However, we offer the following refund options:

48-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Full refund available within 48 hours of initial purchase
  • Must be requested before completing more than 50 practice questions
  • Access terminated upon refund approval

Pro-rata Refunds

May be considered in exceptional circumstances:

  • Medical conditions preventing study (documentation required)
  • Technical issues on our part preventing access to core features
  • Postponement of your CHSE® exam by the certifying body (documentation required)

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Usage beyond the 48-hour satisfaction guarantee period
  • Completion of more than 50 practice questions
  • Change of mind about pursuing CHSE® certification
  • Time management or scheduling conflicts
  • Claims of unsuitability after substantial platform usage

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

The PrepForCHSE Affiliate Program allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by promoting our products through unique promotion codes.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Affiliates must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid PayPal account
  • Be a registered user of PrepForCHSE
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2.2. We reserve the right to reject any application or terminate participation at our discretion.

3. Commission Structure

3.1. Affiliates earn 20% commission on successful purchases made using their unique promotion code.

3.2. Commissions are calculated on the final purchase price after any discounts or promotions are applied.

3.3. No commission is earned on:

  • Refunded purchases
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Purchases violating these terms

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payments are made via PayPal only.

4.2. Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD.

4.3. Payments are processed monthly for all earnings that:

  • Meet the minimum threshold
  • Are at least 30 days old (refund period)

4.4. Affiliates are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate PayPal information
  • Any taxes on their earnings
  • Maintaining their PayPal account

5. Promotional Guidelines

5.1. Affiliates MUST:

  • Clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with PrepForCHSE
  • Use accurate, truthful information about our products
  • Comply with all applicable FTC guidelines and regulations

5.2. Affiliates must NOT:

  • Make false or misleading claims
  • Spam or engage in deceptive marketing practices
  • Use our trademarks without permission
  • Bid on our brand terms in paid search
  • Create false accounts or manipulate the system

6. Prohibited Marketing Methods

6.1. The following marketing methods are strictly prohibited:

  • Spam email or messaging
  • Cookie stuffing
  • Click fraud or artificial clicks
  • Misleading advertisements
  • Unauthorized use of trademarked terms
  • Adult or inappropriate content
  • Illegal or harmful content

7. Term and Termination

7.1. This agreement continues until terminated by either party.

7.2. We may terminate your participation:

  • Immediately for violations of these terms
  • With 30 days notice for any reason
  • If account is inactive for 6 months

7.3. Upon termination:

  • Your promotion codes will be deactivated
  • You'll receive final payment for valid earnings
  • You must cease all promotional activities

8. Modifications

8.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

8.2. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.

8.3. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. We are not liable for:

  • Technical issues affecting tracking or payment
